Shipping and Return Policy

General Order Policy

Once your order is placed, it is sent to fulfillment and we are unable to process changes to your order. Once at fulfillment, we cannot accept cancellations, or make any changes, substitutions or alterations to your order. You may return your order following our return policy for store credit once you receive it. If any of your item becomes unavailable during order fulfillment, we will remove it from your order by default and issue the refund for the unavailable item(s) to the original form of your payment. 

Shipping

Please allow 1-4 business days for us to process and ship in-stock items. Please note that the fulfillment time could vary especially for pre-orders, or during sales and holiday seasons. If your item is out of stock, we will contact you via email. Delivery days are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Estimated Delivery Date will be provided by the shipping carriers in the tracking details once the package is picked up and it may vary by shipping destination. 

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from Slow Sunday with your tracking number. If you do not receive shipment notification, please check your spam folder before contacting us at hello@slowsunday.life.

Slow Sunday ships to all 48 Continental States of the United States and currently doesn't offer international shipping. P.O. Boxes cannot be used as shipping addresses. Orders over $300 will require signature for delivery.

Orders are qualified for free shipping once the pre-tax and after discount total reaches $99. A flat rate shipping fee of $6.95 will be charged for orders under $49. A flat rate shipping fee of $12.95 will be charged for orders between $49 and $99.

Ordered items will be shipped to the address provided at the time you place the order. To request a shipping address change, please email hello@slowsunday.life as soon as possible. Please note that once your package is shipped, we will not be able to make any adjustment or redirect it.

Slow Sunday is not responsible for any stolen, delayed, or lost packages. We will assist you with filing claims with the shipping carrier when applicable.

Return policy

To initiate a return, please send us an email to hello@slowsunday.life for return authorization. All returns are for store credit and must be made within 14 days of items' arrival date. Items must be returned with no signs of wear or usage and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to reject returns that do not comply with our return policy.

Once a return is received and accepted, you will be issued store credit in the form of a gift card in email. Please allow us 7 business days to process the return items.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. When shipping returns, it is recommended to ship with tracking and insurance. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return items. If you'd like to request a shipping label from Slow Sunday for your return, please email hello@slowsunday.life. We will confirm the shipping label cost to be deducted from your refund.

Final Sale

All bath, body, cosmetics, skincare, perfumes, and consumable products are final sale and cannot be returned.

All marked-down items are considered final sale and cannot be returned.

Damaged/defective Items

If you believe an item to be damaged in shipment or defective, please send a photo of the item and description of the damage to hello@slowsunday.life within 24 hours of receiving the item to qualify for a free exchange or refund in the original form of payment (original shipping costs are not refundable). For damaged items, please retain the shipping box and packaging materials in order to file proper claim with the shipping carrier.

Once we have confirmed the item's condition, a pre-paid shipping label will be sent for return. Unfortunately, if a request is not received in time, a refund or exchange will not be granted.

Exchanges

Slow Sunday does not offer direct exchanges. Please feel free to return the item for store credit and place a new order with the credit received.
